		<description>If your on-line business is registered in the U.S. there is no reason you can&#039;t continue to run it as an ex-pat.  Check with your hosting company to be sure you will have full access to the servers from a German ISP.
Keep in mind that you will still be subject to US income tax. You might possibly be liable for taxes in Germany as well. You should contact the german Embassy to see if this is the case.
