Shawn J asked:

My mother is German, as well as I’m in a Army. She wants to go behind to Germany to live. we told her we would go with her to live. I’m gripping my American citizenship as well as I’m wanting to set my online commercial operation up no make a difference what. Can we still make use of my State laws where we am innate as well as lifted for some-more than twenty years of my hold up to run it underneath which state as distant as report goes even yet I’m vital in Germany or do we have to go by German laws. Also, my German isn’t which great possibly that’s because I’m wanting to set up report in my home state laws. Is there any report we can get upon this theme too? Any websites, e-mails, phone numbers, or addresses anything would be sufficient for me right now. Thank you.

    Hi,

Yes it is. I live in Canada and I joined this program 5 months ago and like it very much. They built me a website for free when I joined the programs in it. You can check it out here:

The training and support system are the best I’ve ever seen.

    Sincerely,

If your on-line business is registered in the U.S. there is no reason you can’t continue to run it as an ex-pat. Check with your hosting company to be sure you will have full access to the servers from a German ISP.
Keep in mind that you will still be subject to US income tax. You might possibly be liable for taxes in Germany as well. You should contact the german Embassy to see if this is the case.
