i would really hunt around via google. For me personally, I use godaddy.com, and they have been nothing but great. But then again I just use their .com registration and hosting, and design my own sites.
They do have a vast array of website generators, quick start ups, easy shopping cart setup, and most importantly, great customer service, as they assign a rep to work with you personally.

The Wall Street Journal said that was great. Yahoo users say that Yahoo does a good job for very little money.
Then you need to hire someone to “host” your site. or were 2 favorites. Yahoo users also praise Yahoo.
You contact the credit card companies. Mastercard 800-947-1000. PayPal can be contacted at their website..

Hello fellow Canadian,
I think GoDaddy is the best and there is a way you can purchase your site for about half the price! We’re not allowed to post links in here, Yahoo thinks it’s spam, but I would like to tell you more about where the best place to start is. There’s a vast amount of ways to do this and it’s much easier if you have somewhat of a guide to go by.
