u just answered it….always listen to your gut instinct. if u know something seems off, then it isnt right. if a business doesnt have its contact info, i would think that it is a scam because then, no one would be able to call/write about complaints, and they would still have your money. a legit business would have their contact info because they actually would want to improve overall customer satisfaction.
